Booking Your Newborn Portrait Experience

Let's Pencil You In: We know that a baby's birthday can be unpredictable. It's best to contact us during your

second trimester so we can pencil you in. It's great if you can add us to the "when baby is born" list of people to notify, too! That way we will have a better idea of when you'll need to book your session. We plan your session ahead of time and consider your date "flexible", knowing babies come when they decide to. See our guides below before or after booking to get a better idea of what to expect. You will see these again after you have booked.

Book Your Newborn Experience

My Lifestyle Studio Space. Located in Downtown Hertford, NC

Welcome to my studio. I am located above the hertford hub in downtown hertford at 127 N church st hertford, nc upstairs. My studio is a dual space for natural light and studio lighting. The left is a lifestyle space while the right side acts as a all inclusive studio space for backdrops, props, and more. This is where you get to be creative and custom select your newborns wraps, blankets, and backdrops.

Types of Newborn Sessions

Lifestyle Newborn

Lifestyle Newborn Sessions are captured within your home during the first two weeks of baby’s life. I love to capture those favorite spots within your home like the nursery you’ve spent 9 months designing or cuddled up on the couch snuggling as a family. Moments like mama rocking her baby, daddy kissing those sweet little cheeks are my favorite to remember.

Hospital Newborn

Hospital Newborn Sessions are when I come to the hospital within the first 48 hours after your baby is born to photograph your family and baby. I love to capture the newness of you little one - the wrinkly skin, the hospital bracelets, the little hats; big brothers and sisters loving on their new baby, and to help you remember those first moments, since they go by so fast!

Studio Newborn

Studio Newborn Sessions take place in my white, natural-light studio space. The focus of these sessions is to capture the sweet, natural moment between you, your baby, and family. I use props, backdrops, wraps, buckets, baskets and more for these one of a kind styled sessions.

Prepare For Your Session

After Your Session

Once your session is over you'll receive your digital gallery within 2-3 weeks where you will pick your favorite images for final editing. You'll receive your digital images in both color and black and white. You'll be able to download them all, along with a PDF for the printing rights. You'll also be able to share with family and friend easily. You will have the option to order prints and products through

the online gallery which is the only way I can guarantee 100% color accuracy. I always love to post a sneak peek on social media (Facebook and instagram) within 1-2 days. So watch for that!
